Pre-Orders

  • The pre-order window has closed. Can I still purchase it? Once the pre-order window has closed, the item is no longer available. However, we may offer the item for general sale once it's back in stock. You'll have the option to enter your email on the product page to be notified when units are available.

  • Can I cancel my pre-order? If your items haven't been shipped than contact customersupport@addylixir.com and we will cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund.

Shipping

  • When will my order ship? Pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to ship out as this timeframe accounts for both production and shipping. General orders will take 3-7 days to fulfill and ship.

  • What is the shipping process? Confirmation emails are automatically sent once your order has been successfully placed. After your order has shipped, an email containing a USPS tracking number will be sent. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Returns

  • Do you offer returns? We do not offer returns or replacements unless the item you purchased is damaged.

  • What happens if my item arrives damaged? If you receive a damaged item, please contact customersupport@addylixir.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number and photos of the damage to help us process your request more efficiently. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the damaged item you will be entitled to either a refund or a replacement.

International

  • Do you offer international shipping? Unfortunately at the moment, our store does not offer international shipping, but we’re definitely looking into expanding our shipping options in the near future!
