Pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to ship out as this timeframe accounts for both production and shipping.
For general orders, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill and ship.
Confirmation emails are automatically sent once your order has been successfully placed.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns or replacements unless the item you purchased is damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact customersupport@addylixir.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number and photos of the damage to help us process your request more efficiently. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the damaged item you will be entitled to either a refund or a replacement.
