Return and Shipping Policies

Pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to ship out as this timeframe accounts for both production and shipping.

For general orders, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill and ship.

Confirmation emails are automatically sent once your order has been successfully placed. After your order has shipped, an email containing a USPS tracking number will be sent. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

We do not offer returns or replacements unless the item you purchased is damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact customersupport@addylixir.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number and photos of the damage to help us process your request more efficiently. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the damaged item you will be entitled to either a refund or a replacement.
